I love how just a few pinches in the rim can depict the plum ('Ume' in Japanese) so poetically and add to their hand formed nature. Great for Chinese tea or Japanese tea. As an option, the blossom shape pairs nicely with the simple ceramic Square Coasters also by Masanobu Ando.
